1. Appointments and Cancellations

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

  • Repeat no-shows or cancellations may result in restrictions on future bookings.

2. Consultations

  • A full consultation is required before any treatment. This may include a medical history, discussion of treatment goals, and suitability assessment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest or if it is contraindicated for medical reasons.

3. Treatment Suitability

  • You must follow all pre- and post-treatment advice to ensure the safety and effectiveness of your treatment.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Deposits may be required for certain treatments or packages and are non-refundable unless cancelled with sufficient notice.

  • We do not offer refunds on treatments already provided, but we will always work with you to address any concerns.

5. Packages and Promotions

  • Packages must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.

  • Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • Packages and offers are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6. Medical Information and Confidentiality

  • All client records are confidential and will be handled in line with UK data protection laws.

  • You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history before each treatment.

7. Liability

  • Skin by Dr Y and its practitioners are fully insured and qualified to deliver the services we offer.

  • We are not liable for any loss or injury suffered as a result of failing to follow pre/post-treatment advice or withholding relevant medical information.

8. Children and Guests

  • We kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment to ensure a calm and safe environment for all clients.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
